Annual support review

Starting in 2022, RemoteLink maintenance customers are eligible for an annual solution review. Two, one-hour sessions are included in the review. These one-on-one web conferences offer a great way for customers to share any issues, request product enhancements, and gain visibility to (and influence) RemoteLink’s roadmap 

Here is an overview of the goals for each session:

  • Business discussion – the focus of this session is to explore, with business leaders, the operational challenges and initiatives of the organization. By understanding your current and future needs, we can work to architect and develop RemoteLink to grow and expand with you. 
  • Technical assessment – this session with administrators concentrates on how RemoteLink is currently being leveraged. Following the discussion, we’ll provide any high-level recommendations we have for improving or streamlining processes.
